Notes:

• Within 3 weeks of the training dates, we will be sending out course information, and packets pertaining to training locations and other details.
• Lunch is provided in our full day courses. Please let us know if you need any special food arrangements.

Policy for Substitutions, Cancellations and No Show:

• Email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the Registration Form. An administration fee HKD$100 will be charged for any cancellation of confirmed enrollment. All cancellation requests must be made in writing, be confirmed by email from Real Actuarial Consulting Limited.
• Refund of the seminar fee ( less an administration fee of HK$100 per person) will be given for cancellation received on before 1 Sept 2006.
• No refund will be given for cancellation received after 1 Sept 2006.
• Full amount will still be charged for no show or enrolment made after 1 Sept 2006.
• Substitutions are allowed. Please notify us prior to be the event.
• In the event of course cancellation, full refund will be made within 30 days without any fees or charges
